Are you an experienced hospitality professional with excellent leadership and guest service skills? We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
Welcome guests, handle reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained at all times.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
