Role Summary:

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source the best ingredients and products within budget constraints
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve the culinary offerings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
