2. Digital Services and Subscription Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a service has been delivered, or digital content has been made available.

However, NatunKicho may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the circumstances described below.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • A technical issue prevented delivery of the purchased service and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Featured job postings that have already been published.
  • Downloaded CV templates or digital resources.
  • Completed AI-generated CV or resume services.
  • Advertising, promotional, or branding services that have already been delivered.
  • Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial use of subscription benefits.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for current or previous billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date and provide:
