Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude.
✔ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
✔ Confident in handling guest requests and complaints professionally.
✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or cruise ships preferred.
