Join an exciting new F&B venture in Singapore as a Finance Manager, where you'll play a key role in establishing and managing the company's finance function from the ground up. This is an individual contributor position, ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in startup or greenfield environments and enjoys building processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures tailored to the F&B sector
Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision-making
Monitor food cost, COGS, and POS integration across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements
Coordinate with external accounting vendors and internal finance support
Lead the setup of new financial systems and internal controls
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in F&B in Singapore
Experience with POS systems, inventory controls, and multi-channel revenue tracking
Proven ability to work independently in a lean environment
Strong communication and analytical skills
