Restaurant Cooking Staff (Japan)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation.
Cook and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist senior chefs and kitchen supervisors.
Monitor inventory and report shortages.
Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or food service establishment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn Japanese food preparation methods.
Japanese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory for all positions.
