Attendant / Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to Hilton brand standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure all assigned rooms are serviced efficiently and professionally.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition.
Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
