We are strengthening our Expansion Department with the recruitment of a Project Manager (M/F/D), with the following profile:
Key Responsibilities
• Real estate development area (licensing, urban planning, etc.)
• Construction area (budgeting, coordination of specialties, cost control, project reading, etc.)
• Knowledge in the area of hotel operation will be an asset
Management Skills
• Coordinating teams
• Prioritizing actions
• Negotiation
• Anticipating problems
Behavioral Skills
• Stress tolerance
• Organizational skills (budget control, follow-up, minutes, reporting)
• Assertiveness (pressuring teams, prioritizing issues, controlling deviations, etc.)
Valued Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in areas related to real estate development and project management
