Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of a new hotel. The ideal candidate will oversee hotel operations, establish operating standards, build and train the team, and ensure the property is fully prepared to deliver excellent guest experiences from opening day.

Lead the complete pre-opening operation of the hotel. Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and operational standards. Recruit, train, and develop department heads and hotel staff. Coordinate with ownership, contractors, suppliers, and consultants during the opening phase. Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and operational plans. Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments. Establish service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Manage hotel operations, revenue performance, costs, and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and local regulations. Coordinate pre-opening inspections, licenses, supplies, equipment, and operational readiness. Develop opening strategies for sales, marketing, reservations, and guest relations. Handle operational challenges professionally and make effective management decisions.

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of hotel experience, with previous Hotel Manager or senior operational management experience. Strong pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, P&L, and team management. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict pre-opening deadlines. Strong understanding of international hospitality standards. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
