Job Description
The Kids Club Associate is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered hospitality environment. The role involves representing the hotel throughout the guest journey and delivering warm, personalized, and seamless service from arrival through departure.
You will supervise and organize a wide range of children\'s activities, both indoors and outdoors, throughout the year. You will also ensure that Kids Club associates, facilities, equipment, and activities consistently meet the highest hotel service and safety standards.
The ultimate goal is to create memorable experiences for young guests and their families, turning every visit into a positive and enjoyable experience.Key Responsibilities
A genuine passion for hospitality and a naturally friendly service personality.
Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
A college degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Childcare, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
