About the Role
Crowne Plaza Ordos Dongsheng is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Guest Experience, while maintaining IHG brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall hotel operations and business performance.
Develop and execute annual commercial and operational strategies.
Drive revenue, profitability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with IHG standards, policies, and procedures.
Lead, motivate, and develop a multicultural hotel team.
Strengthen corporate, leisure, MICE, and local business relationships.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
Maintain high standards of service quality and guest experience.
Work closely with ownership and IHG leadership on strategic objectives.
Represent the hotel professionally within the local business community.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager / Hotel Manager in an international hotel.
Strong background in full-service or upscale/luxury hospitality.
Excellent leadership, commercial, financial, and operational skills.
Experience managing multicultural teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of international hotel brand standards.
Experience with pre-opening, repositioning, or business growth is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Mandarin/Chinese language skills are an advantage.
