We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Tourist Guide to join our team in Hangzhou. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, culture, and providing excellent visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and accompany tourists on guided tours around Hangzhou and nearby attractions.
Provide accurate and engaging information about local history, culture, and landmarks.
Assist tourists with travel arrangements, directions, and general inquiries.
Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized tour experience.
Handle group coordination and manage tour schedules effectively.
Communicate clearly with international and domestic visitors.
Support guests with recommendations for food, shopping, and cultural experiences.
Respond to unexpected situations or guest needs professionally.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in tourism, guiding, hospitality, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Hangzhou’s culture, history, and tourist attractions.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience working with international tourists is preferred.
