We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team onboard a prestigious Caribbean cruise ship.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all activities within an assigned kitchen workstation.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes for various dining outlets onboard.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and USPH (United States Public Health) standards.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
Support and mentor junior galley staff.
Assist in inventory control, food cost management, and waste reduction initiatives

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, cruise ship, resort, or high-volume food service operation.
✔ Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary techniques.
✔ Proven understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, including USPH standards.
✔ Cook apprenticeship certification, culinary diploma, or equivalent professional training.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
✔ Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
