Job Overview

We are looking for a polished, professional, and guest-focused Fine Dining Server to join a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of fine dining service, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.  

Welcome guests warmly and explain menus, daily specials, and recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Serve food and beverages according to fine dining standards. Maintain excellent table presentation and service sequence. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams. Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of professional table service. Well-groomed, courteous, and guest-focused. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Good knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
