Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty items, with precision and care. Equipment Operation: Expertly handle and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, ensuring they are in excellent working condition. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and professional service. Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience and address any inquiries or complaints professionally. Quality Control: Adhere to all quality and health & safety regulations. Ensure every drink meets our standards of taste and presentation. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments. Inventory & Cleanliness: Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed, maintain the cleanliness of the work area, and follow all hygiene and sanitation guideline

Experience: Previous experience as a Barista is preferred. Candidates with at least one year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment will be given preference. Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and drink recipes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
