Pool & Recreation Attendant

Sandy Land Hotel & Resorts is seeking an energetic, responsible, and guest-focused Pool & Recreation Attendant to support the hotel\'s swimming pool and recreational facilities.

Monitor the swimming pool and recreation areas. Welcome guests and provide information about available facilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization around the pool and recreation areas. Check and maintain recreational equipment. Ensure guests follow pool and facility safety rules. Assist guests with recreational activities where appropriate. Monitor pool area conditions and report safety concerns. Maintain towels, equipment, and related supplies. Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments regarding facility issues. Assist with hotel recreational events and activities when required.

Previous experience in a hotel, resort, swimming pool, recreation, or guest-service environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of pool and recreational safety procedures. Good communication and customer-service skills. Responsible, attentive, and physically active. Friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work outdoors and flexible shifts. First-aid or pool-safety training will be an advantage.
