We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a professional hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and assigned public areas to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds and replace bed linen and towels.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms and other room areas.
Replenish toiletries and guest amenities.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned public and back-of-house areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly.
Handle cleaning equipment and products safely.
Respond professionally to reasonable guest requests.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication and professional guest-service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
