A restaurant in JBR, Dubai is hiring a Grill / Hot Kitchen Chef.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily hospitality operations while ensuring excellent guest service, smooth coordination between departments, and compliance with company standards.

Coordinate daily hospitality and operational activities. Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, suppliers, and management. Support front office, food & beverage, restaurant, or other operational departments as required. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor service quality and ensure company procedures are followed. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate operational records and reports. Support staff scheduling and daily task coordination. Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Assist management with operational improvements and special projects. Follow company policies and hospitality industry standards.

Requirements Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and customer-service mindset. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and reporting skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
