We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services .
Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, presentation, and service across all outlets .
Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, productivity, sanitation, and guest service .
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations, including health and safety standards, food handling, and liquor laws
Requirements & Qualifications
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and support staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet staff .
Foster a positive and professional work environment through coaching, mentorship, and accountability .
Conduct regular staff meetings, briefings, and performance evaluations .
Champion a culture of service excellence and ensure all staff adhere to policies and procedures
