We are looking for an experienced and dependable Sous Chef to join our smokehouse team. The ideal candidate should be able to control and lead the line during busy times, have strong kitchen operations experience, be confident in leading a team, and understand the standards required in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
Supervise food preparation, cooking, and service
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Support and guide kitchen staff during prep and service
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
Help with recipe consistency, portion control, and waste reduction
Step in to manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
Experience in a smokehouse, BBQ concept, grill section, or high-volume kitchen is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for food quality and consistency

Able to lead by example
Strong communication skills
Available to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
